The opportunity
Due to an internal movement, we now have this exciting, fixed term 12-month opportunity available!
Reporting to the Head of Strategic Partnering and Advice, the role will see you partner with the Service Delivery business function to provide strategic advice and support our Executive functional Leader, People Leaders, and employees. This is an internal consultancy role that focuses on identifying opportunities to support the function to deliver on Greater Western Water’s strategic objectives.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with the General Manager of Service Delivery on all people related matters including providing effective strategic advice
- Provide on-going support, guidance and coaching to leaders
- Facilitate advice and supporting the achievement of business goals.
- Contribute to a range of strategic HR initiatives, including supporting the introduction of GWW’s new Target Operating Model and new Service Delivery model
- Proactively support leaders across the employee lifecycle and ensuring GWW meet our legal obligations and cultural ambition.
Skills & Experience
- Extensive HR Generalist and partnering experience gained in complex, diverse, operational organisations
- Demonstrated experience advising and partnering a diverse portfolio of stakeholders across the full spectrum of people related matters including significant experience in the management of change programs and complex case management
- Demonstrated experience in coaching and supporting executives and senior managers to deliver on functional and culture action plans
- Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to be able to influence across a broad range of people and teams at varying levels in an organisation
- Ability to work in a fast paced, changing and dynamic environment
- Experience within blue collar/ industrial sector preferred
