The opportunity

The Program Manager, Cyber Security Solutions is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of the Enterprise Security strategic program of work, ensuring alignment with business objectives and organisational priorities. As a member of the Delivery Practice team and reporting to the Team Leader, Delivery Practice, the role collaborates closely with technical, business, and IT/OT leadership teams to drive effective outcomes, manage program milestones, and ensure the seamless execution of cybersecurity initiatives across the enterprise.

 

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the delivery of Enterprise Security projects, managing scope, budget, schedule, risks, and stakeholder engagement in line with GWW’s Project Management Methodology.
  • Drive successful outcomes by coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring requirements are met, changes are communicated, and all deliverables comply with cybersecurity and regulatory standards.
  • Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to deployment, including capital planning, business case development, financial reporting, and stakeholder presentations.
  • Oversee procurement, vendor contracts, and project expenditure to ensure effective delivery and alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to define project scope, costs, dependencies, and success criteria, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Act as a key liaison between business units, technical experts, and leadership teams to manage end-to-end project deliverables and foster a strong enterprise security mindset.
  • Lead project forums and engagements with third parties to communicate scope, timelines, and changes, while coordinating with other project and change managers to manage interdependencies and risks.

 

Skills & Experience

  • Over 5 years’ experience delivering complex enterprise security projects with strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, best practices, and frameworks such as the ACSC Essential Eight, PAM, and Application Control.
  • Proven leadership with strong budgeting, time management, facilitation, and reporting skills, capable of prioritising and aligning workloads to business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey technical and process information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Skilled in vendor management, ensuring accountability and successful delivery of project outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with sound decision-making under pressure and a proactive, self-motivated approach to teamwork and autonomy.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 
  • PMP, Agile or equivalent certified
