The opportunity

 

The Program Manager will play a critical role in fostering a culture of compliance and customer centricity and improving the organisation’s reputation.

 

The role will see you establishing, developing, and managing a comprehensive program around billings requirements and ensuring alignment with Compliance Management Framework ISO 37301:2023

 

You will work closely across the Customer Experience, Regulatory, and Risk and Resilience teams to ensure that all business activities required to deliver set requirements adhere to relevant regulations, industry standards, and internal policies, and meet timelines and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage program and project plans including scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet regulatory obligations.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of remediation activities, including issue tracking, actions plan, and outcomes and ensure audit preparedness.
  • Co-design and implement a regulatory compliance program framework tailored strict requirements and aligned with the Compliance Management Framework ISO 37301:2023.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, auditors, and business partners, to ensure ongoing compliance and address queries or concerns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, regulatory bodies, and external consultants to facilitate remediation efforts and communicate progress.
  • Ensure that required compliance training programs and resources for staff at all levels are developed and delivered, promoting a strong compliance culture throughout the organisation.

 

Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrable experience managing complex programs in regulatory remediation or compliance to achieve required business outcomes.
  • Familiar with Water Industry Standards.
  • Exceptional communication, engagement & influencing skills including proven experience in writing papers for the Executive and Board.
  • Confident analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess risk and implement effective controls.
  • Managing competing priorities and working within complex fast paced work environment.
