The opportunity

In this newly created role, you will lead and co-ordinate critical customer operations projects, support reporting requirements, assist in contributing to Board and other stakeholder requests across key status reports and important milestones. 

 

This role will see you play a critical part in assisting the business and ensuring the delivery of critical and complex projects and updates, reporting and presentations, that will in turn influence and progress critical work.

 

Key to your success will be your ability to work collaboratively with the GM of Customer Experience and senior leadership teams across the business

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead critical Customer Experience Operations (CX) projects to deliver within a challenging and complex operational and remediation environment.
  • Ensure all critical CX regulatory and board reporting is developed, validated and delivered.
  • Coordinate complex CX, regulatory and board information, managing competing priorities to ensure reporting obligations are met.
  • Identify, recommend and communicate continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Work with Leaders to champion change and readiness arising from CX deliverables.

 

Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrated experience managing programs to achieve required business outcomes.
  • Experience across governance and privacy obligations and identifying training needs and scope.
  • Effective communication, engagement and influencing skills, and experience with executive reporting.
  • Excellent organisation skills and the ability to work independently to manage, prioritise and drive critical outcomes.
