Working closely with the Executive and Senior Leadership Team, you will provide leadership, strategic oversight, and governance, while managing risk and key internal and external stakeholders. • Lead, inspire, and manage the Path Out Program team, including attracting and retaining critical talent.
  • Oversee resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management across the program.
  • Ensure program outcomes cover billing recovery, credit and collections, privacy and compliance, stakeholder engagement, reputation management, regulatory obligations, and risk controls.
  • Maintain oversight of the entire program, identifying emerging risks and opportunities and intervening when necessary to keep delivery on track.
  • Lead and champion GWW’s culture, including safety, wellbeing, diversity, and inclusion.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience leading remediation programs, including governance, risk management, and financial oversight.
  • Strong track record in driving transformational change through technology enablement.
  • Demonstrated ability to attract, retain, and develop a diverse and high-performing workforce.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience building and maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Significant experience in customer experience or related fields.
  • Experience setting and translating strategic direction into actionable plans within a regulated environment.
  • Proven success in developing and delivering customer strategy and services at a senior level in a utility or other regulated business.
