The opportunity

A great opportunity is now available for a Program Coordinator, Price Submission to support the development and delivery of GWW’s price submission to the Essential Services Commission (ESC). This role ensures that inputs from across the business are coordinated, accurate, and aligned with customer expectations, regulatory requirements, and organisational strategy. Reporting to the Program Manager, the Coordinator will deliver discrete project tasks, manage reporting responsibilities, and facilitate collaboration across teams to achieve high-quality submission outcomes.

 

Responsibilities

  • Support the management team through the coordination of inputs from cross-function teams to ensure timely and accurate contributions to the price submission.
  • Deliver assigned project components within the broader price submission program.
  • Support the Program Manager in the Preparation of regular reports on program status, risks, and outcomes for Senior Management, Executive, and Board.
  • Maintain accurate records of submissions, approvals, requests for information and stakeholder feedback.
  • Ensure submission content meets ESC guidance requirements.

 

Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in program or project coordination, preferably within regulated industries.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report preparation and stakeholder liaison.
  • Analytical skills to interpret financial, operational, and customer engagement data.
  • Experience working collaboratively across diverse teams and disciplines.
