The Opportunity
Join Greater Western Water as the Lead, Performance and Reporting and play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making. You'll develop and enhance reporting models, frameworks, and dashboards to provide valuable insights that support operational and strategic outcomes. This role is critical in ensuring functional KPI tracking, forecasting, and budget preparation while fostering a performance-driven culture at GWW.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage reporting frameworks to track performance and operational efficiency.
- Establish financial models and forecasting methodologies to enhance budgeting accuracy.
- Create dynamic dashboards and visual reporting tools for data-driven decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement through trend analysis and operational insights.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements and data governance standards.
Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in performance reporting, analytics, and data visualisation.
- Advanced skills in Power BI, SQL, DAX, and business intelligence tools.
- Ability to analyse data trends and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Background in utilities, operations, or service delivery environments (highly desirable).
