The opportunity
We are seeking an Enterprise Architect, Asset Domain, to develop and maintain the enterprise architecture for the asset domain in alignment with GWW's strategic direction and business architecture. This role is responsible for creating and maintaining architectural designs and patterns that adhere to established principles, overseeing technology blueprints and standards that represent current and future state architectures for the Asset Domain. The position involves defining and implementing strategies within the asset domain while collaborating with other enterprise architects to contribute to the overarching enterprise architecture as a foundation for a digital utility.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain enterprise architecture for the asset domain, ensuring alignment with GWW strategic direction and business architecture.
- Define and oversee the implementation of strategy within the asset domain, collaborating with other enterprise architects to support the overall enterprise architecture for a digital utility.
- Develop and align the enterprise architecture for the asset domain with GWW's strategic direction and business architecture.
- Create and maintain architectural designs, blueprints, and standards for the asset domain, ensuring adherence to established principles.
- Oversee strategy implementation within the asset domain and collaborate with other enterprise architects to establish a foundation for a digital utility.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems or related discipline, or equivalent and extensive related experience.
- Experience in an Enterprise Architecture &/or Solution Architecture role.
- Proven experience in development of Enterprise & Solution Architecture artefacts.
- Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders and convey complex concepts effectively.
- Skilled in negotiating at all organisational levels.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate a technically complex and dynamic environment while responding calmly and rationally to evolving expectations in high-pressure, deadline-driven situations.
- TOGAF Certification (desirable)
