The opportunity
We now have this great opportunity available!
Working in the Corporate Platforms Team, you will manage, configure, and optimise SaaS Corporate Products including Atlassian suite – Jira & Confluence & and Integrations with ServiceNow. The role will see you contribute to the administration and maintenance of other Enterprise Software Products as required, including but not limited to: Kronos - UKG, PMO 365, Promaster, Mor4Apps, DocuSign and Linksafe.
Responsibilities
- Configure workflows, automation rules, permissions, integrations, and custom fields as required.
- Maintain up-to-date system documentation and user guides and ensure Licencing numbers for all Software Products is compliant.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies, licensing, and data security requirements.
- Ensure solutions, configurations and usage remain aligned approved with Security and Architecture frameworks and standards.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of system modification – from requirements gathering to development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Lead upgrades, patching and feature rollouts.
Skills & Experience
- Experience with business analysis software tools including but not limited to MS Project, JIRA, Visio, Confluence, MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
- Confident analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Customer centric approach with effective communication skills.
- Experience with one or more of the following: integration, business process management, robotic process automation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
