The opportunity 
As the Coordinator, M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) Network Maintenance Delivery, you’ll oversee the delivery of maintenance across mechanical and electrical network assets, including water and sewer pump stations.
This role is central to ensuring our maintenance partner delivers services that meet performance, safety, and quality standards. You’ll lead day-to-day coordination, foster strong working relationships with internal teams and delivery partners, and drive improvements in operational efficiency, reliability, and safety outcomes.

Responsibilities

•    Coordinate the safe and effective delivery of reactive and preventative maintenance across mechanical and electrical network assets.
•    Oversee daily operations and maintenance schedules, ensuring timely response to faults and continuity of services.
•    Partner with internal teams and contractors to align work priorities and resolve network issues efficiently.
•    Monitor delivery partner performance to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and service standards.
•    Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance practices, asset reliability, and team capability.
•    Support after-hours and emergency response operations as required.
•    Champion safety leadership and ensure compliance with OH&S, environmental, and regulatory standards.


Skills & Experience

•    Proven experience coordinating field operations within water, sewer, or utility maintenance environments.
•    Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical network maintenance, asset management, and reliability principles.
•    Leadership skills with the ability to engage, coach, and support internal teams and delivery partners.
•    Experience managing contractor performance and building collaborative stakeholder relationships.
•    Sound understanding of water quality, OH&S, and environmental compliance.
•    Ability to use asset management systems and interpret maintenance and performance data.
•    Driver’s License (required)
