The opportunity 

We’re seeking a driven and collaborative Maintenance Program Delivery Coordinator to join our Programmed Maintenance Team. The role plays a key part in supporting the reliability and performance of our water and sewerage networks by coordinating planned and preventative maintenance delivery activities.

You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external delivery partners to manage the timely and safe execution of maintenance programs. From day-to-day coordination and contractor management to performance reporting and continuous improvement, this is a hands-on role that delivers real impact for our customers and community.

 

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the delivery of condition monitoring and preventative maintenance programs
  • Partner with contractors and internal teams to resolve faults and drive reliability
  • Monitor contractor performance, safety standards, and KPI compliance
  • Identify improvement opportunities and implement operational enhancements

 

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in Contractors management
  • Strong technical knowledge of planning and organizing preventative maintenance
  • Skilled in contractor oversight, program scheduling, and operational improvement
  • Knowledge OH&S and regulatory requirements
  • Experience with CMMS systems and data-informed decision-making
  • Experience using systems such as Clarity, GIS, SCADA, and Oracle Enterprise Asset Management (desirable)
  • Cert III/IV in Water Operations, Civil Construction or equivalent (highly desirable)
  • Driver’s License (essential)
