The opportunity

The Contract Officer will oversee the administration and performance of water and sewer asset renewal contracts, ensuring compliance with governance standards and contractual terms. The Contract Officer will also drive continuous improvement initiatives within Reliability to optimise contract outcomes and service delivery.

 

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all contract requirements are fulfilled
  • Deliver contract and communication support to the Reliability section and Renewal Program
  • Manage contractor performance and KPI data submission
  • Maintain records and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives

 

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience collaborating with external delivery partners.
  • Skilled in preparing accurate and insightful performance reports.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to challenge existing practices to drive service improvements.
  • Experience in Construction, Utility, Civil Construction, Development (desirable)
