The opportunity
Join GWW’s Scheduling team as we deliver essential services across one of Australia’s fastest growing regions. As a Scheduler, you’ll play a key role in coordinating and managing work orders across reactive and routine maintenance. You’ll support field operations and planning teams to optimise work allocation, resolve issues, and contribute to process improvements.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to be part of a high-performing and supportive team that makes a real difference to customers and communities.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily scheduling of planned and reactive works
- Liaise with field crews, contractors and internal teams to deliver efficient outcomes
- Maintain scheduling accuracy and meet deadlines with minimal disruption
- Support compliance activities and maintain records to a high standard
- Identify and implement improvements to scheduling systems and processes
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in scheduling, maintenance coordination or similar roles
- Strong time management and multitasking capabilities
- Sound communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience
- Understanding of dispatch or workforce management systems
- Ability to resolve scheduling conflicts and manage competing priorities
- Utility experience, including the water sector (Highly desirable)
