The opportunity
We’re seeking a Scheduler, Maintenance to act as the central coordination point for maintenance delivery across multiple sites.
In this role, you’ll support the planning and scheduling of preventative and reactive maintenance, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and in line with operational priorities. You’ll play a key role in improving visibility, compliance and cost transparency, while supporting field teams and supervisors to meet performance targets.
Working closely with internal teams and contractors, you’ll ensure maintenance activities are well-coordinated, systems are up to date, and operations run smoothly.
***Remuneration will be commensurate with the skills, experience, qualifications, and licences demonstrated throughout the assessment process.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage maintenance schedules across planned and reactive works
- Coordinate contractor bookings, site access, permits and required resources
- Manage work orders within CMMS, ensuring accuracy, tracking and timely completion
- Monitor workloads, prioritise tasks and minimise overdue maintenance activities
- Support financial processes including purchase orders, invoice tracking and cost control
- Maintain compliance records, documentation and audit readiness
Skills & Experience
- Experience in maintenance scheduling, coordination or operational support
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience working with contractors and field-based teams
- Proficiency in CMMS systems (e.g. SAP, Maximo, Oracle or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Certificate III (or equivalent) in Mechanical/Electrical Trade, Maintenance Planning, Facilities or Asset Management (Desirable)
- Current Australian driver’s license (Essential)
