The opportunity
Join GWW in this busy role! Showcase your passion for people and attention to detail in this diverse role. Day-to-day you will coordinate and deliver customer-focused HR service activities across the employee lifecycle and provide advice on general HR matters, manage the People Services inbox, initiate both the on and off-boarding process, and contribute to process improvements, the development and enhancement of policies, procedures, guides and intranet content.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver customer-focused HR service activities across the employee lifecycle, and provide advice on general HR matters, EA, and policy interpretation.
- Monitor inboxes and other channels, actioning or triaging employee and people leader queries.
- Administer position management, maintain employee hierarchy (roles, positions and changes) in SuccessFactors, and administer GWW’s Bloom Recognition program.
- Process transactions in SuccessFactors from employee variations, secondments, to higher duties, and terminations.
- Generate accurate and timely communication, including contract letters, probation management, variations, exits, and other relevant employee communication
- Participate in the development and delivery of PC&S projects and initiatives as required.
- Provide support to People Leaders, People Operations, Strategic Business Partnering and Workplace Relations & Governance teams as required.
Skills & Experience
- Confident user of HRIS such as Success Factors (MyPlace) or similar.
- Experience in a similar HR role, including provision of HR services in a professional/government organisation
- Well-developed interpersonal skills, with ability to understand and respond to stakeholder needs with a customer-centric focus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team to achieve outputs and agreed deliverables and to apply new and creative ideas to generate workplace innovation and improvement
- High attention to detail complemented with excellent written communication skills with experience in preparing clear, concise, and accurate written documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or equivalent is highly desirable.
