The opportunity
We are looking for 2 x Compliance Business Analyst with experience in regulatory compliance and customer experience projects.
Reporting into the Program Manager reviewing and interpreting regulatory obligations, analysing business processes, understanding technology tools, data and people capabilities, focussed on customer experience.
You will work closely across the Customer Experience, Regulatory and Technology Delivery teams, subject matter experts and comms consultants to perform discovery, define issues, identify gaps and implement opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse information from a range of sources to examine and quantify business improvement opportunities.
- Develop the necessary artefacts, such as processes, business requirements, business cases, policy, procedures or training material as required.
- Complete the expected monitoring, tracking and reporting of projects and conduct forums/workshops.
- Development of briefing packs, reports or presentations and other artifacts as needed to communicate the progress and intention of the program.
- Coordinate and lead program meetings and workshops, as required, and support the development of meeting agendas, minutes, and action items.
Skills & Experience
- Significant experience with interpreting and implementing legislative and compliance initiatives.
- Effective time management with the ability to respond to changing priorities
- Demonstrated experience of root cause analysis and strong process driven approach.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate processes and information, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think proactively and execute appropriately.
